Seriously? Have the FIA stewards from Malaysia started making decisions for BTCC? That's not an excludable offense. It wasn't malicious, Hynes made a minor misjudgment and Depper contributed by twitching ever so slightly to the left after corner exit (presumably to steer away from going onto grasscrete). Hynes didn't accelerate through Depper and make him spin. Pathetic call. Plato et al have got away with much worse.

Same with Nash in '09. Collards fault but Nash got the win taken from him, nothing new really.

I only said unsurprising since Depper got excluded for an accident in the first race. Wonder if its because the other driver retied in both cases?
