Looks like Neal MAY be out of Brands. Giovanardi is being tipped to replace him should Neal not race. Neal tried his car at Donny and was in 'crippling pain'.

*sigh*

That sucks. I mean, nice to see Gio (and will someone dig their claws into him and keep him there!) but Shittttt....this looked like his championship only 2 or 3 races ago

All went to shit at Rockingham. Did well at Silverstone considering but Brands is completely different.

Brands will be much more physical. Better to stand down and let it heal properly. Neal may be in the title race, but it is almost mathmatically impossible.

I imagine they've looked at the forecast and though it's not gonna be dry ever, might as well run, racing in the rain is a lot less stressful on the hands than the dry.
