I wonder whether Jordan will be able to hold on to his good sized lead. I wonder whether Shedden and Neal can bounce back from the bad weekend at Rockingham. I wonder whether Turkington can hang on to the championship battle.

I wonder if they will all suffer from some sort of trouble, Plato will have a faultless weekend, making up the majority of his deficit :S As long as Jordan or Turkington leave on top I wont complain!

I can see wins for Plato and Neal. I'd like to be wrong though.

Well, you can probably strike Neal off.

Step down Matt (for Silverstone), let your finger heal and give your car to Paul O'Neill please.

If he does miss the round just because of a broken finger, then he needs to man the fuck up. Plenty of drivers in other series have raced with worse injuries.

Supports are looking good for this weekend. FFord only have 11 runners but at least we'll see a different winner, 16 in Juniors, 22 in Ginetta GTs including Alex MacDowall (interestingly), Louise Richardson and a couple of guest entries from Norway, Porsches are a combination of Carrera Cup and GT3 Cup Challenge entries, but they still only have a 13 car field with only 3 from the GT3 Cup (they were originally going to have separate races like last year). Protyre Formula Renault are also making a guest appearance with 18 cars running today. Of course we may gain or lose a few cars by tomorrow as always seems to be the case.

And Neals been cleared to drive. In his words, the finger is actually quite fucked and requires surgery.

So will he wear a split or light strapping and have injections?

No AMD this weekend, but will return for Brands with the Golf. Shaun Hollamby will be driving at Brands

AMD's season has fallen apart.

You mean AMD have had a season where they haven't fallen apart?

No David Nye this weekend either, but Dan Welch will race with his injuries

Wonder how AMD stand with regards to getting first dibs on an entry next year what with their sketchy attendance record? I assume that's the only reason Hollamby is going to be out in the Golf at the last round.

According to the article on Autosport.com the lack of the Civic and Kaye is all financially motivated.
