On monday i am spending the day with the Honda BTCC racing team after the weekends racing at Oulton Park. it will include track sessions in the twin seaters (aparently one of last years cars with a passenger seat!).. we will also be doing an Auto test and off road stuff.... During the dinner break we will be doing a Q&A with the drivers... so anyone got any questions they want to ask Matt Neal and Flash Gordon? i will select 5 or 6 and see if i can get them answered! cheers |

Does the BTCC need a signature race like say the Bathurst 500 etc? What other motorsport series do the guys watch if any? If you could drive one other car from the history of the BTCC, what would it be? |

Apart from the first win in 1999, what other achievement would you rank as great as that and why? If you could go back to any point in the 20 years you've run a BTCC team and change something you did, what would it be and why? |

well i spoke to Selina Parlmer the Honda teams PR birdy today and said to her about the quesations... she suggested if they are coming from a journalistic angle the may want to vet them first!! then i told her that there was nothing controvertial she seemed even more suspicious!! gonna be a fun day! |

well that was all a bit odd.. was informed that they were not allowed to answer questions apart from ones about Honda! as part of the day i did get 5 laps with Matt in the demo/race car which was fun.. that came after crashing a quad bike into a tree .. another trip to A&E and ive only just recovered from the last broken arm! |
