Race 3 only. Strange, as it means they adjust the boost between races, which they shouldn't.

It was actually a component failure that caused the overboost, which Motorbase themselves pointed out to TOCA.

As for Plato's penalty, I think it's fair. In those kind of incidents the offending driver should be penalised in relation to the outcome of the incident, i.e. Driver A hits Driver B, A passes B and B continues to finish the race. A should then receive a time penalty to put them back behind B in the results. However, if B were to retire then A should be DQ'd. That's the way I see it anyway.

Doesn't exactly discourage anything though does it. From Plato's point of view punting him off was worth the risk, as the result of punting him off vs not being able to pass was the same.
