Probably by association of Plato driving for RML?

And MacDowall being an idiot and being so bloody boring.

Hating the drivers I get, but hating RML by association I don't get as they keep themselves pretty much to themselves.

I think I only heard the RML boss talk about turbo's once maybe twice last year?

Which is exactly my point. RML has been one of the most popular teams over the last 15-20 years. Plato's (and MacDowell's) behaviour doesn't reflect that of the team. If you ever have any thoughts of hatred towards RML just think of this and those thoughts will quickly disappear...

Not too many people like ES Racing either; apparently Chris James is not too well liked...

I know people moaned about them being at the back but never heard more then that.

Anyway, ES now have the Triple 8 Vectra's.

I think it's to do with the stuff he posts on twitter, but all he's doing is generating a bit of publicity for himself. Nothing wrong with that, imo.

The fact that people take that site so seriously is ridiculous.

I have no issue with Chris James. He showed improvement over the season, and if the team can mix it with some of the other guys at the back, then great. I have to admit that I'm surprised to see they want to run 3 cars. I thought they were on a shoe-string budget with one car last season.

Well it's usually me who gets shot down for being the optimistic one so I shall turn the tables, sir.

If ES operated on a budget with a Lacetti in 2011, how are they going to run three better cars this year? Either they have had massive investment, are relying on more sponsors or just bullshitting.

At the moment, I'm expecting one Vectra for Newsham and one for James. However, given the way Newsham quickly abandoned GSR last season, I would not be surprised if he didn't stay at ES.

Newsham owns Coffedrops so he'll be paying for his own drive/support entirely. They'll be looking for a 100% funded driver for this third car too but these 3 or 4 car teams that get mentioned in the off season (remember Special Tuning's 4 car plans?) hardly ever appear.

Just to cofirm, NO TGR this year it seems. They will, however, be moving into Clio this year it seems.

Andy Shuttleworth and Rob Hedley were planning to enter this year with two 888 Vectra's.

That still clears up nothing.

Found out today that I shall be missing the opening round of the season as I shall be at Autosport Towers that day; hopefully they have a TV
