Oh for god's sake, Ozzy is back on the TV.

If we kill Ozzy, would that advert still be on TV?

4. J. Plato 113 (1 win)

7 S Jelley 69
8 A. Jordan 63
9 A Jones 54

Plato is doing an amazing job, as is Turkington. Colin will thoroughly deserve the title if he wins it on the basis if the two weekends we've just had

Should be, that was so blatantly taking out another driver.

One rule for Adam, another for Platard.

If Adam was penalised for his move on Plato at Brands, Plato should be penalised for his much more blatant move on Neal this weekend.

It's Jackson you've missed out then. I knew a Chevy won race 3 at Thruxton, clearly just couldn't remember which one. :p

Well I hope Plato gets banned after that one.

Good race though, nothing angers up the blood like the BTCC :p

Can you name any other disgraceful move that Plato has made all season? I can't think of any, its the first bad move that Plato has made all year. It was hardly classy but it happened, Neal has driven poorly at times as well anyway this year, what goes around comes around.

Plato said earlier in an interview that he has done well so far as he hasn't been sent to the stewards office yet, i lolled when i saw that move.

Edit:

Aquaplaned? Bullshit, I could understand the first hit but trying to drive through him was not aquaplaning.

Oh and I look forward to the payback

What a bullshit excuse, he was hitting him all the way down the straight and never lifted off.

Phew! First it was too hot, then it was too abso-bloody-lutely tipping it down! Had a great couple of days however, even though the racing wasn't brilliant (from where I was sitting, anyway). Glad to see you guys share my opinion of Plato, him saying he aquaplaned was a blatant lie, frankly. I won't say anymore until I've seen TV replays, but unless Plato is a really crap inexperienced driver (which unfortunately he is not) the hit looked completely intentional from where I was sitting. Needless to say I was booing him the next time round, and he got no applause at the end of the race from me, or happily quite a few others. But something he did get was 2 points on his license! :)

I'm so glad Plato is racing this season, you need someone to hate, don't you? :D

Details please! :p

Yup, always the way! It was in the Clio qualifying, Herron ran wide at Clervaux and got in the gravel on the outside a little bit which unusually made him slide to the right. He hit the tyres on the inside of Hawthorne head on at pretty much unabated speed, though he wasn't going very fast to start with! :p Still a heavy impact, but it was made really spectacular by the sheer amount of debris that flew everywhere, plus the way the car bounced. This picture doesn't really do it justice, but you get an idea.

Apart from the Clios and Juniors, the racing wasn't really that good yesterday. ITV's complete lack of effort didn't help things either.

Plato's move on Neal was both awesome and stupid at the same time.

I really like Croft but the racing wasn't brilliant. The last BTCC race was epic though.

I don't. Now Mondello has gone it has passed on the "worst BTCC track" mantle to Croft.

It says a lot that BTCC can still put on a great event at its version of the Hungaroring though ;)
