From what I hear the races were crap, so I guess there's no point watching them?

I can't watch Silverstone either, but I never enjoy BTCC at Silverstone for some reason.

Well I suppose Silverstone couldn't possibly be as bad right? No chance of anyone in any crops though :(

They'll be using the new layout won't they? British F3 managed one of it's best weekends of the season there, so at least FRenault might be good there.

It'd be awesome if they used the new pits next year and cut the track between Village and Becketts

You mean use the South circuit which has been there for a good few decades?

Not a bad idea, but it probably wouldn't be as good as the National layout.

Yeah, I know he's mad and I don't care. I do not care. I did not care then. I do not care now. I'm here to race him.

Well it's not quite the same as the old South Circuit now, because it would use the new bit leading into the Arena

I preferred the old International Circuit, which the new South Circuit is effectively taking over as when the new pits are done

That was a nice circuit.

When Anthony Reid wasn't trying to kill people.

Oh that's something, I've never been sig-worthy before.

That ad does get on my nerves though....and considering they're advertising to the building industry they're probably the least likely people to enjoy a song and dance musical advert! Completely misjudged!

On that subject I thought Matt Neal handled the question about Rob Collard's race 3 move very well.

I find Neal to be oddly more laid back this year.

Yeah there have been some on track skirmishes or whatever but afterwards if he was at fault he admits it and if he is the victim he just shrugs or laughs it off...

I've always been on his side during the Plato Vs Neal years, but its odd to see Neal not be bothered by anything any more while Plato still continues his usual prickery. Maybe he's tired of playing the villain or is fed up playing Plato/Collard at their own game, I dunno..

I've been sitting on the other side of the fence supporting Plato. But I agree, I noticed Neal was more relaxed last year as well. It is just sad that from time to time he has to let himself down, like at Thruxton this year. Plato needs to take a leaf out of Neal's book, calm down and keep quiet. I don't see that happening any time soon. Or ever for that fact.

As much as I dislike Plato, a character like his is good for the sport. I say the same thing about Kyle Busch in NASCAR. I'll never consider either of them a credit to humanity, but from the point of view of sport as entertainment, they make their sports more entertaining.
