Race 2 in Zolder has been chaos. 2 safety cars in the first ten laps and some big shunts. Only 10 cars remain. BT sport are currently having to apologise as the drivers are being liberal with swear words

Haha, I love it that German TV doesn't censor English swear words.

Rast is on a roll right now, he will be hard to stop.

The Swedish TV channel that has the DTM rights (Sportkanalen) won't show the finale live! They will begin their broadcast at 14:00. Is there any other way to watch the race live from start in Sweden? Panicking a bit here!

Did any one even bother staying on track in T1?

BMW have parted ways with RBM & Schnitzer, leaving the former to scale-back its involvement in racing and the latter on the verge of ceasing to exist.

It would be a terrible loss for the sport if a team as successful and legendary as Schnitzer Motorsport shut down.

Damn, No F2 for Lawson? :(

I guess he is that good that if he does well in F2 they'll have even more of a logjam problem than they do at the moment

Red Bull need to start investing in another F1 team otherwise they're gonna lose a lot of their talent when they realise there's no-where for them to go.

I'm guessing that it doesn't clash as the calenders stand, but who knows what will happen with the dates in another piecemeal season...

I hope it's not a case of failing at both because they didn't prioritise one :whistling:

In classic DTM style, there is no fuel supplier just weeks out from Round 1

It's the CART/IRL split, German style. Two GT3 series :flag:

Are there any changes to the cars at all? Or is it literally just GT3?

Feel like this thread needs to be moved out of the 'touring cars' forum now :p

I guess not besides their own BoP tables.
There were plans to remove traction control and ABS and increase power (a push to pass might have been in the plan too), plus some modifications to allow standing starts, but none of these happened due opposition from manufacturers.

On top of BoP there is also a success ballast system.
