Does take you back to the year at Brands when Turkington did a blatant F1 stockar thwack out of the way and nothing was done...

Saying that, there was contact and Tom was so big on the "I haven't done anything wrong, Shedden definitely braked early to make me hit him and lifted off to make sure I went by" I immediately thought he was covering his arse, so maybe the BTCC got it right this time after being too sluggish in the past.

Great racing all day, with the possible exception of BTCC race 3. There must've been something in the water because all the formulae were exciting, Minis swapping places every lap, 3 abreast from the F4s and lots of great moments throughout the event.
