The moment I saw that move, I thought "that's the championship there"

British Turkington Car Championship

Also, "Butcher loses control" - what race are you watching, Tim?

Turkington was lucky at the end of that one. It's not over though, only 9 points in it at the top. The top 5 are still in mathematical contention.

1st/1st/3rd for Turkington but Sutton's still only 9 points behind. Could be a lot worse, championship's still on

Wish they'd go back to the shorter Snetterton track.

Yeah, I can't remember a good race at this layout. The worst track on the calendar by a country mile. Used to be one of the best for racing

They ruined Yaytree corner though. That's the problem with the shorter track now.

Even if they stopped using the infield that corner isn't the same any more. It's a real shame, I used to love the fast slingshot on to the long back straight

Decent days racing. Looks like race 3 at brands will be in the dark. Some definite talking points like the Ingram vs Butcher (racing incident with more blame on Ingram imo) but think Turks has it this year

It's amazing that Snetterton was literally the batshit crazy track of the famous yaytree thread, then they ruined it by trying to put 20 more corners in for no reason and now it's the lowest point of the season

And also the yaytree is properly dead, without which's spirit we'll probably never get such crazyness again :x

Still the only high point being Jonny Palmer on the commentary for the supports. Not really a high point for anyone but me though, but he started commentating at Birmingham Wheels so I have his job now
I'll take that as a career progression tbh, give it 10 years :whistling:
