DePasquale out at Erebus (fuelling rumours he'll be replacing McLaughlin), to be replaced by Will Brown. David Reynolds is also rumoured to have broken his 10-year contract (!) with that team, possibly due to some internal tensions.

https://www.speedcafe.com/2020/12/03/supercars-reveals-long-awaited-2021-calendar/

2021 calendar is finally out, it's a downgrade from the pre-covid days in that there's only one enduro again and there's no Sandown or Phillip Island (though Sandown is apparently a backup in case something gets cancelled such as the AGP). Newcastle is also not there as expected but it has been announced as the 2022 season opener, which is good as it basically confirms the 12 Hour will be on again in 2022.

Looks like Bathurst has some wall repainting to do, after vandals marked up Brock's Skyline

Awesome, sounds like Supercars coverage is headed the same direction NASCAR has taken in the past 10 years. I look forward to every race sounding like an auction.

Reynolds has left Erebus. Whether that's his fault or Barry Ryan is not clear.

What does Ryan have on Betty that she won't give him the arse? She seems to be willing to give up a hell of a lot just for loyalty to one guy.

https://www.speedcafe.com/2021/01/07/tickford-confirms-holdsworth-departure/

Lee Holdsworth is out of the series as Tickford has effectively lost a car due to REC movements. A shame given he'd had a resurgence in recent years and he seems like one of the more likeable people in the series. This only leaves Rick Kelly's old car (almost certainly going to be Reynolds' new car) and the second Team Sydney car to be confirmed.

It's also been confirmed that Sandown will be replacing the AGP if that doesn't go ahead on the same weekend, which is good news since it (or Phillip Island) really should have been on the schedule to begin with.

The worst kept secret is out, Reynolds to Kelly Racing has been confirmed. Though the team is now known as Kelly Grove Racing as GT racers Stephen and Brenton Grove have taken partial ownership of the team.

Some good news today. The series has expanded its Youtube presence significantly, with live streaming of all sessions and support category races now being offered for people outside Aus/NZ for $6 a month, and apparently every single race from the 1997-2014 period is going to be uploaded there by the end of the year.

They have already uploaded about 200 races today, mostly from 1997, 2007 and the 2011-14 period.

6 Dollars, that's gotta be like 4 quid, maybe a bit more, right?

Tempting.....

The ability to wake up on a Friday/Saturday and catch up with all the supercar action that happened overnight is very tempting indeed...

looks like a couple Supercars teams & drivers were affected by Facebook's take down of "news sites" - including David Reynolds, Team18 and Matt Stone Racing

Some racing news sites such as Speedcafe, Auto Action and the Race Torque have had their posts removed/pages locked as well. The V8 Sleuth is still fine though, as is the actual Supercars page (unlike other series such as S5000, Formula 1 and Indycar)
