Well that was a crazy last few laps 8O

Coulthard wins, Le Brocq 2nd and Fullwood 3rd

McLaughlin turns Holdsworth and gets a 15 sec penalty. He still finished ahead of Whincup despite it

Whincup having a terrible race - air jack didn't work on the stop and rear tyres are destroyed

So all this track needed was the soft tyre. Good racing so far.

SVG got himself penalised, as usual he was driving like the other car wasn't there.

Unfortunately GRM might not be running Bathurst after all, because MAUS has decided not to grant the appropriate license for running the 1000 to Nathan Herne (who is 18 and has never raced a Supercar before) and GRM has said that they won't be able to take part if he can't compete in the race.

The new TV deal was confirmed this morning. Seems like it's fairly similar to the current deal, only major change is that Channel 7 is replacing 10 as predicted.

Today's race wasn't very interesting but it was pretty important for the championship. McLaughlin won again today while Whincup struggled for pace again and was only able to muster a 10th, meaning that McLaughlin now has enough of a points lead that he won't need to increase it too much more to wrap up the title tomorrow.

McLaughlin leads and Whincup is 6th. If Jamie loses another two places then McLaughlin will sew up the championship (presuming he finishes ahead of Jamie in the next race)

McLaughlin wins, Whincup 7th.

The points gap between them is now 299 meaning that Scott just has to finish ahead of him in the final to secure the championship

Cam Waters won the final race, his first since 2017. McLaughlin finished 2nd and secured the championship. Now only Bathurst is left in two weeks.

I'm not seeing anything I dislike in those images. Improvements across the board.
