Not sure why they'd close the turn one grandstand. Yes, you can see the whole track from the main grandstand, but viewing is already very limited at Rockingham. Over half of the circuit is out of bounds.

I am hearing the grandstands are suffering subsidence. There are 3 viewing areas around Tarzan for fans to use.

Can you go further around Tarzan these days? I used to sneak beyond the end of the catchfencing to take photos, until I was told to move. :p

The viewing area on the garage roof is cool, but it's a shame that you can't access other parts of the infield. I guess it's just the way the track was designed.

Until now you couldn't, bit I did hear there are 3 fan viewing areas this weekend and they are around the Tarzan hairpin.
