Great day at the track.

Wins for drivers I like. None for whiney Plato or the cheating MGs.

Honda had a shocker (the tourer doesn't like this track). Belcher so close to the points!

Anyone that doesn't like this track, feck you. Austin wins here, so EVERY race should be here! ;)

The racing yesterday wasn't great but it wasn't terrible, the first BTCC race was the most enjoyable. There wasn't as much of an atmosphere as last year either.

People were leaving on the last lap of BTCC race 3 and I was thinking, "Rob Austin is about to win and you're going home now?!". Doesn't make any sense to me, you'll only get home 10-30 mins earlier.

It was lucky that there was only one big crash during the day. There could easily have been 3 more.

Penalties

Race Three
Dan Welch received three points on his racing licence and a five-place grid penalty for an incident involving Simon Belcher

I'm surprised that Tom Ingram & Rob Austin haven't received anything, tbh.

The races were decent despite having a dominant winner in each. Lots of the usual battling throughout the field, I thought it was good.

Which incident was Austin involved with?

He hit Marc Hynes pretty hard in race 1.

Finally watched this, race 1 and 2 were good, race 3 not so much. Had any more footage emerged of the race 3 first lap incidents that ITV missed?
