And that's the way the race finished.

Dick Stainaway has been hit with a $10000 fine and been disqualified from yesterday's race after onboard footage showed that he accelerated into Holdsworth three times going through turns 4 and 5 in what looked like a deliberate attempt to send Lee into the wall at 140 km/h. Holdsworth called Richie an imbecile in an interview and confronted him in the pits after the race.

There was no action on the Waters/McLaughlin incident.

Macauley Jones has a big shunt. He got held up on Simona and tried to pass her but Jacobson was slightly up his inside and Macca got sent head on into the wall.

Gotta get that two hour period of fuck all in there somehow. Anyone who pays to attend a GP is an idiot, there's no value for money in it at all.

McLaughlin is absolutely on fire so far. 5 wins from 5 starts.

Was anything ever said again about the COG tests that were rumored for today (well I guess yesterday in upside down land)?

Finally, no unnecessary time certain finishes for Supercars.

About time. That was such a stupid rule.

Safety Car pit stops will be banned at Phillip Island.

About time for letting the races finish under distance

Honestly, pitting under FCY wouldn't be as big of a problem if they used American style pit setups (i.e. a inner pit wall).

pretty much same times for most F1 races here in the States as it's 12 hours ahead from us, so shouldn't be a big problem to wake up for
