Factory Holdens just too dominant but massive props to Pye and Walsh for a great effort. 2nd and 3rd for us which is great and promising for Bathurst. |

I'd hate to see that, Dandenong Road is some of the best pieces of tarmac we have in Australia. They did take that bit of the track out in the mid-80s, everyone hated the slower bit on the inside of the track that replaced it and cries rung out for years to bring it back which they eventually did. |

Exactly. It would ruin a good corner, unless they moved it back from the outside fence or something. And although there have been some massive crashes there, the tire barriers have generally kept people safe. |

Just to clear it up, I wasn't referring to changing the corner itself, we must preserve high speed corners. Watching it again they have changed the wall a lot, at least its not sharply angled towards the racetrack, its almost parallel. Not a lot they can do coming to think of it, other than lowering the kerbs and some resurfacing. |

Hopefully it will be a combo that can take the fight to Whincup and Triple Eight on a regular basis. And lappers need to be sent to the back before a restart.. |
