But remember you save fuel under the SC and they use a lot on the formation lap. They fill the cars so that they can manage to do the ultimate number of race laps. With this race, they are still only doing the number of laps they were going to do anyway, so havent lost anything. Or something

Schumifan and I are making. We get that it’s fuel related, yet instead of reducing the laps the procedure should be the same as under the SC. Otherwise it makes no sense. Essentially they’re doing the original distance but only after 2 laps were taken off then replaced once the SC was deployed.
