Looks like it could have been a similar crash to what Plato had at Snetterton, where the flexibility of the armco flipped the car. It is quite easy to spin off there.

Does anyone know what's happened to Jeff Smith? He only started the first race at Silverstone and he isn't at Brands. He doesn't seem to be short of a few quid, so maybe a falling out with the team?

I think at Silverstone he was unwell and I read earlier that he and the team agreed not to race so Pirtek could focus on Jordan this weekend.
