Jimmie Johnson, Sebastian Vettel, Jamie Whincup. They are on top all the time because they are so much better than their competition. But I don't expect a walkover tomorrow, more likely a butt-clincher, but still with Whincup 1st. Like last year.

Gotta go to bed early to be up for the F1InPubs event that probably no bugger will come to cos the race is live on the BBC and it'll be 7am and the Vettel effect really saps the motivation of the casuals

*sigh*

But a commitment is a commitment.

Wish it wouldn't clash then I'd be up all night high on coffee making awful puns and getting downvoted....FTW.

Fuck the casuals.

This race is on at a reasonable time for me, starts Saturday evening. Looking forward to it.

When you're running an event that depends on attendance....nope, you kind of rely on the casuals :p

Dedicated fandom is all to well for an internet forum, but hell, we can post on this thing from our laptops, in bed surrounded by our energy drinks, snacks and tears....
Takes a hell of a lot more effort to get out of bed at 6am to head down the pub to watch the race.
Especially if the result is going to be a forgone conclusion
So thank god for Mark Webber this weekend, I guess. It does feel like Australia is front and centre of the worlds Motorsport.

All you'd need is Ambrose having a half decent weekend and the triumvirate will be complete :p

With the official stream behind a paywall this year instead of free on YouTube, have they been cracking down on less official ones?

Are you hoping for divine intervention?

Morgan Shepherd's been making bank from the faithful pouring money into his start and park operation for years in NASCAR. It's a good marketing ploy.
