What makes this stupid is that CAMS stated that they had informed LDM of this yesterday.

So, one of three things has happened as far as I can tell:

1. LDM has announced a driver even though they knew that he wouldn't be able to compete.

2. The CAMS press release was bullshit and they had not contacted LDM regarding Chahda's exemption, which therefore would mean that LDM confirmed their driver even tho they didn't know whether he would actually be able to compete.

3. LDM never confirmed Chahda in the first place. However, that would mean that both Speedcafe and the official website of the series are wrong.

In any case, what a farce.

In other news, the Dunlop Series will now be known as the Super2 Series and there's been changes to the wildcard system :

The livery on Jack Le Brocq's Dunlop Series Nissan has been revealed. He'll also be doing two rounds in the main game as a wildcard entry, co-driving with Todd Kelly in the enduros and doing Friday test sessions throughout the year.
