Pedrosa you are bad. 10 years on a factory Honda and can't win a championship.

Pedrosa is MotoGP's Rubens Barrichello. Good enough to win single races but always outperformed by teammates. Marquez is like the third Repsol teammate that ultimately has the clear edge over him!

Lorenzo confirmed at Ducati for 2017.

Brave move. But he can allways go back after 2018. I would place that bet.

If Lorenzo can't win on that Ducati, then nobody can.

You're giving Lorenzo far more credit than he deserves

I think Marquez and Stoner could win on the current Ducati. Harder to judge Lorenzo as we have only seen him on that Yamaha and that bike has been relatively consistent through the years. My belief is that Marquez and Stoner can adapt to their machines a lot better than other riders. Will be interesting to see next season that is for sure!

Bring back stoner :innocent:

Despite your personal feelings on Stoner's character, the fact remains of the few top riders to have a crack on the Ducs in recent years Stoner is the only one to have done it successfully. They may have put out a stronger bike while he was there but that still deserves credit.

Will be interesting to see how Lorenzo does, the Ducatis have been coming on over the last year so he might do well.

There's no doubt about that, he's a fantastic rider who's accomplished achievements that few will repeat. For that same reason many people put Stoner on a pedestal that he doesn't deserve.

Why a title on a Ducati is the holy grail for some MotoGP riders is beyond me.

Even in times when Ferrari suck, people still want to race a Ferrari. Ducati is the same in Moto

Ferrari has history and heritage and are part of the very fabric of F1, so I get why they are the holy grail. Ducati have the same in World Superbike, but they don't in MotoGP.
