hopefully MotoGP bosses will ban MM for 1 year. I for sure wouldn't want a pos ruining my sport, giving it a bad image and reputation.

That was fucking disgusting yet predictable. No one is Superman enough to surpass those odds. Fuck Marquez and everyone in favor of the Rossi penalty.

Since when controversy was bad for marketing? In sports of all places? The Sepang/Valencia balderdash made headline news all over the world. This is like Harding/Kerrigan, Johnson/Lewis and so many others... Banning Marquez would be a shot in the foot for MotoGP :slaphead:

Very true, I don't follow MotoGP, but I made a point to watch Valencia after what happened in Malaysia. I was thinking more along the lines of that Honda wouldn't be too keen on their rider being more interested in helping a rival vs trying to win it himself, or fighting his teammate so hard to prevent him with a shot at it too.

Are there really people thinking Marquez will or should be banned? For a race, a year even? Kicked out of Honda? These people, are they allowed to vote in their country? To participate in the real world?

Here's what's going to happen: Honda will ask in private if Marquez did all he could to win the race. Marquez will tell the truth or will lie, we will never know. We don't know if he did his best, we can only assume that he didn't, based on what we saw on TV. There will be no proof, unless he admits that he helped Lorenzo. Next year he will be back on his bike, better prepared than this year.

Honda is not going to fire the man that brought them two titles, based on "not trying hard enough in the last race(s). Dorna is not going to ban him for not trying. We don't know if he tried or not, that are assumptions and it looked obvious to us, but again, no proof.

Lorenzo has deserved his title for having most points, most wins, most laps lead and the lot. The championship is held over a season, not only the last race.

I am a Rossi fan and was shouting at Marquez for not doing anything. I didn't like him before, and even less now. I suspect, SUSPECT, him not trying hard enough. I was hoping the Honda bikes would take each other out. But I am smart enough to know the difference between my opinion (this last paragraph) and the facts (everything but this paragraph). And that's a sort of intelligence that some of you are lacking.

Well hooray for you sticking a feather up your own arse. Attaboy. The other option would be expressing your opinion and concerns over others but accept them being free to opinionate and express themselves, but no you took the high road and declared yourself the intelligent one :yuk: .

As for me, I stopped caring about MotoGP as I got up this morning, got a life to live.

Honda announced today that Casey Stoner no longer plays part of the manufacturer's plans, then less than one hour later Ducati announced that they've hired the Australian to be a development rider with possible wild cards rides in 2016.
