After attending Indianapolis this year, my plan is to be at the TT next year, love the event.

His name was Derek Brien, the place he crashed was one of the residential roads with no runoff taken at over 150mph.

Very much more likely, and usually more than 1 per year.

Even this century, I think there's been at least one fatality every year except 2008(?). Obviously there weren't any in 2001 but that doesn't count.
