Surprise winner in race 1 and race 2 was almost non-stop battling for the lead, best race since the season restart.

Rea is starting to build a gap in the standings but he is not having it easy this season and also as seen in race 2 he is not settling for easy 2nd place points. Still 3 rounds to go but Redding can't have another DNF/no points finish.

Also lol:

In a wet race 1 at Magny Cours Redding just barely keeps his championship hopes alive.

Troy Bayliss had a pushbike crash and has back injuries. He will recover, but it will take a while.

Not good.

I saw just now replay of the race on ES player, looks like he crashed after T1 and propably was hit by other group of riders. I couldn't see correctly but I don't think there's any other thing that could happen to cancel everything

My YT video "visible only by link" was deleted just after uploading.

Here's that crash. Not much that you can see, but that's the only footage.

Seriously FIM needs to look for the slower bike categories in SBK, MotoGP, CEV & CIV. There has been so and TOO many big crashes this year because of a rider hiting another one.

The bikes are too close and riders can't create a gap.

RIP Dean Berta Viñales :(

Underpowered bikes and massive fields never bode well
