Yeah I will never trust twitter even if it's posted by the teams/drivers or someone at the track etc... Only the medics know.

Italia 1 talked to Doctor Giuseppe Russo: they are trying to reanimate Marco, who arrived at the medical center with cardiac arrest. He also has a tyre sign on his neck.
