Yeah, that Kimmel crash was pretty ugly.


1999 ARCA race at Charlotte(Fall). Pretty hard crash involving Bobby Gerhart and Matt Hutter towards the end.

I always think the thing that hurt ARCA fields a lot was moving away from being able to use old Cup cars. Seemed like every year (in the mid 2000s especially) you'd see a ton of old cars in the ARCA fields..some teams wouldn't even bother repainting them, just add a new number and go. I believe roll cages still have to be NASCAR approved and all but it's nothing like it used to be.

I have a small collection of ASA races, nearly all from '96, I think they've been uploaded already. There's a few more ARCA races I'd like to upload but I need to install the stuff to rip DVDs to my laptop since I have my gaming PC back now(It does not have a disc drive).
