ROFL at Bowyer taking digs at KP, "I don't think he was the 98th best car in a 43 car field" or something like that.

Bowyer is awesome.

Everytime they get it remotely close to drying it pisses down again, even God wants a day race in hot sticky conditions for the Gen6 so it can actually produce a decent race....

God has his wish, Sunday Noon ET is the race.
I just looked at the weather and for Noon it says, yup, you've guessed it, Thunderstorms

Maybe the racing won't be as shitty if they run it during the day? Wishful thinking.

The eastern part of the US, including Kentucky, is stuck in a horrible weather pattern of rain. It has rained off and on every day for a week and will continue to do so for another week. Ugh. (I am in Watkins Glen for the Grand Am race and getting identical weather here to what I've seen at home, lucky me...)

Got the ARCA Truck Series race and the CRA race in at Winchester tonight. Rain canceled qualifying and delayed things, there was a tornado spotted about 20 miles south of the track. Just one more race to go...

Poor show from Premier....not showing the rescheduled race live or anything, even though what appears to be on at the time the race would be on are reruns of NFL games or something.

At least, that's what the EPG currently shows.

It's still a bit early for them to announce anything, but I believe they have to carry the races live regardless.

But I wouldn't worry, the chances of the race running today are slim to none anyway...

If they have to cancel the race and reschedule, there is only a single off week till the season finale, between Loudon and Indy

Wouldn't they just run it tomorrow? I remember they ran a race at Michigan on a Tuesday a couple years ago due to rain outs.

If the forecast is to be trusted, they should be able to get in at least half the race today. Weather.com is showing no chance of rain until around 2-3 PM.
