Wow I haven't been to Carowinds in years. Do they still do the Halloween stuff in October?

Friday, Carowinds should be open, go ride the Intimidator Mitch.

I have rode it and last Friday rode the Intimidator 305 at Kings Dominion. Both highly recommended. :)

Might pass on that for my own safety, don't necessarily want to be sick on this trip, reserve that stuff for the flight home... :p

Jon Wes Townley had a spin in Nationwide practice and Brad Keselowski had a good quote about it. This is from Jeff Gluck's twitter.

Quote:
JWT spins in Nwide practice. Keselowski (in MC) observes: "You guys talk about no action, the guy gives you action and you make fun of him!"

Went back in '06. From what I remember it was decent. Though most of my memories of that night were my brother and his ex gf fighting. Fun.

The only way this race is fun is if you have a party size stock of alcohol at your disposal.

drinking games make any event worthwhile

¡¡¡THEOFFICIALCOCA-COLA600DRINKINGGAME!!!

- prerace
• make a toast in honor of nascar legend Dick Trickle
• national anthem - americans should be singing as loud as they can with their hats off and hands over heart - everyone else finish a drink.
• "start your engines" - take a drink

- race
• every green flag - take a drink
• yellow flags - for every yellow flag take the same number of drinks as the total number of cautions
- 5 cautions - finish your drink
- 10 cautions - finish your drink
• red flag - finish your drink
• every 100 laps - finish your drink
• "crank it up" - finish your drink before the announcers come back on air or you have to finish another.
• every time your driver's name is mentioned - take a drink
• every time Danica Patrick's name is mentioned - take a drink
• every time your driver takes the lead (including under caution) - shout his name as loud as you can, and take a drink
• every time your most hated driver takes the lead - shout his name as loud as you can while inserting a derogatory word for their middle name (xmpl: CARL HORSEFACE EDWARDS!!), and take a drink

- pit stops
• gas n' go - 1 drink
• 2 tires - 2 drinks
• 4 tires - 4 drinks
• bathroom breaks can only happen after your driver makes his pit stop (only women may opt out of this rule).

How much do you drink for every "I ATE THE BONES!" commercial? A keg? Two kegs? Whatever amount kills you the fastest?

Alex Bowman and John Wes Townley were the fastest in the 2 practice sessions for the Nationwide race today.

Video of the Legends All-Star event(Both Feature Race and Last Chance Race) that was after Sprint Cup Qualifying. Was going to race in this(was qualified into the Last Chance Race) but my engine blew up in qualifying.

Pretty rough qualifying session for NNS so far, Richardson, Silas and Berryhill have all found the wall.

ESPN just showed a recap of qualifying thus far and showed Richardson and Silas spin without contact, while Berryhill oversteered into the turn 4 SAFER Barrier. Also, Pastrana just spun off of 4 onto pit road entrance without contact.
