Doesn't matter. Logano acts like a spoiled rich kid, so Tony was spot on with his comments :D NASCAR needs personalities like Tony but it doesn't need Logano's ego playing first strings.

By the way, shouldn't the fact that Stewart finished 22nd kinda confirm that he never really had a shot anyways? It would make a little more sense if it resulted in a spin or something, but there were 11 laps left on that restart. Logano balked his momentum for sure, but he didn't cost him 19 spots.

Not a single replay on Nascar.com of Denny's actual wreck - it's obvious he's not dead so I guess they're just being the shitty site that they are.

I guess Tony prefers merit-based driver signings...like Danica Patrick.

Apparently Hamlin has leg and/or back pain, no more details at this point.

Based on expsoure and marketing value alone he couldn't have signed a better driver in which case the results don't really matter

At least Logano can actually drive a car decently and win.

And I'm not criticizing Stewart for signing her. I'm criticizing him for suggesting Logano doesn't earned his place while he has a driver himself who hasn't earned her place.

Logano was moved up to third in the official results.

Hamlin's hit may be very bad because he hit the asphault elevation a little before hitting the wall, that probably tighten everything and left not much energy to spare when the real hit came. Specially his spine.

And Logano probably didn't knew how bad that was. How many hard hits we've seen in the last years that actually hurt someone. I only recall Annet. And from the way the car started spinning, it didn't looked like it was ever going to wreck hard, I've thought he was just going to spin tru the grass, or just a small hit into the wall. And Joey probably wasn't that worried in order to be seeing replays ATM, oh, he got Stewart to remind him of other stuff aswell.

Danica is hardly a benchmark for an aspiring driver like Logano  Heck, I don't think she is a benchmark for anyone out there in the Cup series right now

What a tool. Logano threw the bottle because Tony came over and started fighting. Jesus Christ...

I understand him saying he won't put up with blocking. If a guy wants to block and you hold your ground, whatever happens isn't your fault.

He won't put up with blocking, yet he had no problem putting over 20 cars in the fence at Talladega last year.

Amazing.

Love that Kyle Petty brought that up on Victory Lane and basically told Tony to shut it.

Fuck Tony Stewart. That guy has no room to talk when it comes to dangerous driving. Just think of Talladega last year or Daytona in 06 when he bitched about the rules package killing someone then ran Matt Kenseth through the grass in front of the field.

That wasn't actually on purpose. But just remember how he drove at the 2011 chase.
