Just remembered that FOX have finished for another year  As much as I love the passion TNT put in, and the fact I can legally watch NASCAR for 6 weeks, perhaps they should remake the audio for the intro... I dunno, I like FOX and at least you don't get the whole thread descending into "shit race but having a replay of the one crash that happened would've been nice" x1000 They do seem to take about 3x more cameras to their half of the season than the other broadcasters do, leading to them missing a hell of a lot of action. Also Bestwick just gets right on my nerves, but I seem to be the only one with that opinion.... |

I was wetting myself laughing last night, same again tonight showing it to the Mrs. She said "why is he screaming like a little girl? he used to race didn't he?" So I replied, "it's a control issue, he's used to being in control of the car, here he isn't, and he's facing the wall too.". Sorry to piss on the cornflakes but I think Darrell is just laying on thick his good-ol-boy-on-crack persona, like he did at Bathurst last year. A guy with 30 years in racing far more out of control machines doesn't naturally act that way unless they're trying to. |
