I believe that if you did ask NASCAR, they would say that the rule would only count for those that are not under their own power. I think we discussed this a little bit around the time of the Firecracker this year.

Yeah, Yeley thought it was only across the S/F line too.. didn't help Kenseth's cause.. haha. However, he'd have likely finished in a similar place even under his own coasting.
