While Le Mans and the Canadian GP provided mind-blowing epicness, the Sprint Cup Series provided an uneventful, if not dull race at Pocono. Though considering it's Pocono, that's not really out of the ordinary.

With that, the Sprint Cup, Nationwide, and ARCA boys head off to the Irish hills of Michigan. Here's hoping for something much more exciting. Or that Kyle Busch gets his ass kicked again.

Sprint Cup: Heluva Good! Sour Cream Dips 400 - Sunday @ 1pm ET on TNT
Nationwide: Alliance Truck Parts 250 - Saturday @ 3:30pm ET on ABC
ARCA: RainEater Wiper Blades 200 - Friday @ 5pm ET on SPEED

I believe so. Either that or the race broadcast on SPEED is on around a 5 minute delay, can't be sure.

Wouldn't be surprised if it's slightly delayed. The did that with the Chicagoland race, even though they could easily have shown it live.

ARCA has the race start time listed as 5:15, so they'll probably air it live for real this time around.

Cale Gale will be entered in a KHI Rheem-sponsored car. It will be his first ARCA start in 4 years.

Man, lots and lots of tire issues for the ARCA guys today. Looks like Clay Rogers' right rear went down to cause this most recent wreck.
