Apparently the fan vote winner doesn't have to finish on the lead lap of the Showdown anymore.

I actually think it's pretty cool to work the crew into it. Besides, we see normal qualifying any other time. Nice to see something not so ordinary imo.

Bowyer's crew did a great job, but the driver was AMAZING getting slowed down to the pit entry. He got everything coming to the cone.
