Finally someone got the lead from Busch. Hornaday drove it hard to get it from Busch. Nelson Piquet 4th.

If it's about putting asses in the seats, why not force Cup drivers to limit their extra-curriculars to Whelen weekly tracks? They need the boost in tickets and attention (as it currently seems to work) more than the Touring divisions, plus having it once per year wouldn't strangle them to death like it's doing to the Trucks/Nationwide series.

It'll be a miracle if it makes it past page 3 unless somebody barrel rolls in the grass or something.

Chase Mattioli has to be a poster child of the "more money than talent" drivers racing has been getting filled with lately, although on the extreme end of it.

Luckily for me, the Rays game is an afternoon game, so I've got it to avoid suffering through the Nationwide race.

Did they just call David Stremme "a true veteran of the sport"?

Actually, this game might be over before the race even starts. :(

At least they're leading right now.

This race sucks because of the coverage, it's obvious there is good racing around the track, yet they only focus on the top 3 that's the same every week.. 60 18 and 22.

Just checked the race on nascar.com. Glad Im at work making money instead of being depressed watching this shit....I love how they say they need Cup drivers in the series for fan attendance, but this is the reason I stopped watching Nationwide races....go figure

Instead of picking which series to get points in, they should pick which to race in. You don't see NFL players playing in college football games...
