Even though this is a good race, I really wish that someone punted Johnson and Matt would have restarted better.

I hate to say it but Jimmie is the man.

Also, I noticed that the thread turned to a debate about start-and-parks and how are they ruining NASCAR...don't care.

And alex13692314321098 is an idiot, but then again, what else is new?

I wonder when drivers will start letting someone by in the pits to get themselves the preferred line. Kurt's downfall was that he had the inside line, which was always slower on the restarts.

I still stand by that they should let drivers choose if they want high/low, not just the leader.. or at least the lead lap cars.

As a guy who hated watching the Schumacher dominance, I'm perplexed by the Jimmie Johnson thing. I'm glad, because I've always been a Hendrick fan (Jeff Gordon, mostly), but on the other, it's turning a lot of people off.

Like the Carl\Brad thing, I kinda don't have an opinion, other than the most annoying part is reading the "RIP NASCAR" and "I'll never watch again" comments on my Facebook, and this thread. It sucks, because these people will probably still watch, but I can certainly understand the frustration.

Oh, and plz fire Steve Letarte. :flag:

Definitely the Nationwide race. Tast finish, tast winner.

Yeah, that was pretty good. What's wrong with Harvick, though? At least he wasn't 150 laps down, but a Daytona 500 winner needs to spin someone out just to get 5th place in a Nationwide race?

Just got back from the track. Worst Bristol race ever. I hated it. I get free tickets and I may not go back. Spending three hours in traffic after a shit race sucks balls.

Shit winner... shit big one thanks to the shitty driving of shit driver Greg Biffle that took out Ambrose and Montoya who were both running well. Shit. Nothing but shit.

Kurt had the best car.... Jimmie won... plain and simple. I'm a Kurt fan but it is what it is. The 48 was the 2nd best car and just got the breaks at the end. Sucks. Old Bristol would have Kurt in victory lane imo.

I almost wonder if it's worth trying a ballast system like they use in touring car events to see if that evens up the field. Jimmie winning gets too damn boring.

Did anyone else notice the owner point standings now? Kevin Conway is still somehow in the top 35, and Robby Gordon is out. And due to all the mishaps in the first 5 races, Marcos Amrbose sits only 67 points to the good.

That's crazy. Conway's a moving pylon and was in the way most of the day yesterday.

I missed the driver intros and stuff... apparently they had intro songs? Jayski listed them all, except Junior's (was actually listed as "?"). Anyone know what the tune was? He seems like the kind of guy who'd have something aggressive, and that people might not recognize.

What is it about Bristol and cars leaving the track looking absolutely fucked?

Not even Talladega wrecks show that much destruction.

Yeah, I know he's mad and I don't care. I do not care. I did not care then. I do not care now. I'm here to race him.

well it looks alot worse then it is cause they had to cut the roof off to get him out but damn what a hit, looks like if he got hit a little more square in the door the results could have been alot worse.

Back tracking to the Nationwide race.

If you had showed me this picture and told me Steven Wallace flipped, I would've believed you. This car got seriously jacked up.
