What a crappy end to an overall crappy season of NASCAR. 2009 will go down as one of the more boring seasons of the modern era, save a select few exciting finishes and wrecks.

I rate 2008 season worse than this one

Agreed.

Did Denny Hamlin just say he tried to keep from passing Michael Waltrip to put him another lap down, just because he's done "so much for the sport"????

I like Mikey, but c'mon. He was far from an innovator. Dammit Denny, you're such a douche.

That's insulting. Hamlin really is a shithead.

With Chad Knaus even JJ Yeley could win 4 titles in a row.

Richard Petty, Dale Earnhardt, Cale Yarborough, Darrell Waltrip, and Jeff Gordon have never done this. Jimmie Johnson is better than all of them. :flag:

Beginning of this race I hated it, but now I'm truly happy for Jimmie.

Fitting that on the 46th anniversary of JFK's assassination, the sport of N@$$CRAP is obliterated by someone who could never hope to amount to anything in life.

All we need is a blood pink suit and an old Texan to take over.

Maybe AJ Foyt can be called out of retirement.

Let's face it, in five years time JJ could have 7 titles and counting. He's still only 34 and if he keeps on going like Mark Martin then who knows what will happen around 2025 :p The King is safe with his 200 wins though :flag:
