I don't have many expectations for this race.

They really should make it a restrictor plate track with higher banking

Michigan isn't a shitty track, the races this year there were really good. It also isn't an exact clone, Michigan has more banking.

This was one of the best track during CART period, but one of the worst in NASCAR history, IMO

The only thing I remember for is staying up to 2:30 in the morning only to have NASCAR go "LOL race postponed to Monday morning" oh and Mears' crash.

The only thing I remember about the track, is three years ago when I was watching the race and I came back after getting some KFC.

Translation: Jeff Gordon was extremely dominant during the night portion of the race. Then his car went to junk during the day portion, and I blame Steve Letarte for it.

All I remember about Fontana is that me and my dad waited for 10 hours in the cold and rain only to have one of the janitors tell us that the race was postponed to Monday at 12:30 a.m. in February. And i couldn't go on Monday because I had school. The first 80 laps weren't so bad, and I got to witness my first stock car flip in person. But really, I would love it for them to increase the banking 10 degrees and make it a restrictor plate track. I don't know how many fans would turn up, but L.A. would probably be willing to pay for it. If they made it so that the worst seats in the house weren't $80 a seat, more people would probably come.

Are you serious? The best seats (besides pressbox) at Pocono go for $80. And they're DAMN GOOD SEATS too, well worth the 80.

Yeah, 2 3rd row seats for the 2006 races cost us at least $155, and 20th row seats for this year's February race cost us at least $200, but for that one we got pit passes, and I don't remember how much extra those cost. It wasn't worth it, especially for this year, for obvious reasons. Unless the racing suddenly gets exciting, I'm only gonna go to the chase races, which will probably be even more boring because everyone's trying to protect their points. And this is coming from someone who records and watches every practice and qualifying that is broadcasted and blows off his friends on Sundays to watch every race.
