Out of interest, is Mark Martin running full time this season? It would be nice to see him in The Chase one more time.

He's running part-time this year like he did last year. Brian Vickers is in the #55 at Bristol.

Been quiet working on good things. Looks like we have a commitment for a full time sponsor, with a three year deal. This week we are working on a plan to really improve our program. Be patient with us, we are trying nd there is no lack of effort by anyone. Don't give up on us!

Looking forward to seeing Terry Labonte and Schrader possibly running better than usual. :)

Here is the official press release from FAS Lane Racing.

Quote:
FAS Lane Racing has announced a new, three year sponsorship agreement with OXYwater. The Ultimate Healthy Hydration Beverage will serve as primary sponsor on the No. 32 FAS Lane Racing Ford for 24 NASCAR Sprint Cup Series races this season and will continue for the entire 2014 and 2015 seasons.

The No. 32 OXYwater Ford will debut this weekend in the running of the Food City 500 at Bristol Motor Speedway with two-time NASCAR Sprint Cup Series Champion Terry Labonte at the wheel.

“OXYwater is a dynamic young company that features an oxygen-enhanced mineral water,” stated FAS Lane Racing owner Frank Stoddard. “We are a young race team and are very proud that OXYwater has chosen us as their NASCAR marketing partner. Proper hydration is very important for our drivers, team members and our race fans. Through this partnership we look forward to introducing OXYwater to the NASCAR fan base and growing our businesses together.”
“OXYwater has zero sugar, zero calories, zero carbs and no artificial sweeteners and is clinically proven to be more effective than plain tap water at reducing the level of dehydration during exercise,” said Stacey Kuzda, Vice President of Marketing for OXYwater. “Our partnership with FAS Lane Racing is the cornerstone to our marketing program designed to promote OXYwater as the ‘Ultimate Healthy Hydration Beverage’. We are honored to join the ranks of the many fine companies that have become NASCAR Sprint Cup team sponsors and are very excited to be a part of the FAS Lane Racing Team."

Hopefully they have a successful partnership.

NASCAR reinstates Clements: NASCAR has reinstated driver Jeremy Clements upon the successful completion of stipulations following his indefinite suspension from NASCAR on Feb. 27 for violating the sanctioning body's Code of Conduct policy. Clements will be on NASCAR probation until Sept. 13, 2013. "As part of the requirements for reinstatement, Jeremy Clements participated in an individualized program with Dr. Richard Lapchick and his staff at the Institute for Diversity and Ethics in Sports," said Steve O'Donnell, NASCAR senior vice president of racing operations. "In Dr. Lapchick's judgment, Jeremy has successfully completed the program. We're pleased that Jeremy has taken these important steps and will return to racing starting this weekend at Bristol Motor Speedway."(NASCAR)(3-13-2013)

Tell me Shane, when did I say that they were or weren't "the shit?"

I said they won't run any better because the Frankie Stoddard race team is terrible. The best result in 3 years is what, a 15th at Dega or Daytona? Some bullshit mineral water sponsorship from a company that more than likely won't be around in two years isn't going to make that car any better.

But hey, Oxywater is the official "health beverage" of the Cleavland Cavilers. Yeah, the Cleavland Cavilers! HOLY FUCKING SHIT!

BTW nice attempt at slamming me.

"Says you" is an attempt at slamming you in your eyes? I think you took my post alittle bit too personally.

Again, your comments are insinuating that I have a negative opinion of them no matter what way you look at it.

Patrick generated massive social media impact at Daytona: During a Speedweeks in which she twice made NASCAR history, #10-Danica Patrick's performance triggered some unprecedented reverberations in social media, too. Repucom, a global company with an office in Charlotte, found that Patrick had 971 million impressions on Twitter in the eight days spanning when she became the first woman to capture a Sprint Cup pole position to the first to lead the Daytona 500. By comparison, the 2012 Daytona 500 pole winner, Carl Edwards, had 15 million impressions during the same timeframe last year, and Patrick had 19 million in the two months entering her Daytona 500 debut last season. With an advanced algorithm that has a 3% margin of error, impressions are calculated through tweets, retweets and replies about a topic and the number of followers associated with the accounts. "It's staggering," Repucom vice president Peter Laatz told USA TODAY Sports. "That's a really good thing for the sport, and it's great for her and great for her sponsors. We thought last year was a big deal until we looked at the numbers from this year." Repucom, which measures the impact and valuation of sponsorships across several sports and tracks close to 1,700 NASCAR brands, also estimated that primary sponsor Go Daddy received 1,203 seconds of on-screen branding during the Daytona 500 that was equivalent to $2.9 million in media value. During Patrick's last full season in the Izod IndyCar Series in 2011, Go Daddy had 5,637 seconds of screen time but nearly half the media value ($1.5 million) because NASCAR's ratings and reach dwarf rival racing series.
