Pretty interesting finish to see him win it on fuel mileage. Glad to see another fuel mileage race. Rest of the race was rather boring though. This could have been a 100 lap even and it would have been just as good..... Terrible what happened to Montoya, was hoping to see him get a decent finish, can't believe Gilliland did that to him.

Attempted murder? I know you are a racer yourself as am I and that was in no way attempted murder. He wrecked him, happens all the time over the country, not every time is it in the biggest racing sanctioned series in the world.

Correct me if I'm wrong, but I'm pretty sure when Dale Earnhardt dumped somebody, it was "racing."

I'm glad I didn't watch more than 3 minutes of this race. Sounds pretty boring... although I am glad to hear that Edwards gained some ground on Johnson. Not a lot of ground, but its a start, and hey... bad luck happens (see Kyle Busch.)

Payback at a short track is one thing.Payback at a track where 190 is fairly common is pretty retarded.

Yea its one thing to tap someone into a spin, its another to turn someone right, head on into the wall. Especially when you hit them so hard you destroy their car before they even hit the wall. The #38 pulled a pit road move on the backstretch and if you ask me, he needs to bite the curb.

Looks like there won't be any further penalties to Gilliland. Amazing! Apparently Gilliland 'just mis-judged'.

I didn't expect anything more. Back in 2007 at Dover, Kurt Busch almost killed one of Tony Stewart's crew on pit road and got the same.

NASCAR isn't that hard with racing incidents, 5 laps is enough in their eyes.

Stewart got end of the longest line on his hit on Kenseth in the Daytona 500, while Kenseth was held a lap for going up next to him after pitstops and most likely giving him the finger.

To say "almost killed" is a stretch, don't you think?

Man did that race suck. Was way to boring to watch.
