ARCA didn't used to be this bad did it. Everyone's just running around even with less than 20 to go.

I'm always strangely fascinated by just how boring ARCA plate races can be though. They're so boring they become interesting again

It's boring because it has the possibility to become so exciting at any moment, so it keeps us watching

But the drivers know that excitement means they could lose places or crash, so they're not gonna make it exciting until 5 or less to go, maybe even halfway around the final lap lol

But still we watch, because someone might do a sidewinding snap roll six or seven times

I guess single file until last lap, crash, but no restart because Xfinity is in 2h and drivers need to prepare

Though a part of me wants it to just stay single file 100% of the time so they have to fucking DO SOMETHING about the shitty racing

They'll probably throw in more stage breaks or something crap though :tumble:

Well, that ARCA race was a whole lot of nothing. Jake Finch led flag-to-flag and Christian Rose was the only one to try to make anything happen on the last lap and nobody worked with him.

That was the worst race I've ever seen in all of history since that Lamborgini race about 1 hour ago

Today is really making my question this whole motorsport addiction thingy we got going on

No lead changes at Dega. At least Andy J had a banana.

Is it me or were the cars pathetically slow in this race? It's no wonder they can't pass. I presume this is a result of the new bodies generating way more downforce and they don't have an increase in power to compensate.

well we follow that logic of "if we miss it, it'll be that instant classic with chaos sorrounding all"

funny that Brazilian stock car is 6 laps in, the leader conked out during SC and someone missed a wheel already

ARCA SS races have been like this since like 2018-2019. Whenever it was that they switched to this new car.
