Kyle Busch and Chase Elliott are both out of the race before the end of the first stage. Elliott didn't need that when he was trying to chase a playoff spot.

Now Bell is out, some top contenders are dropping like flies. It's proving to be a challenge to run next to somebody in the corners without a gap between the cars.
