So what was the rule? If they can't finish final stage results are from second one? Or results will be according to last green flag lap?

Results are from last lap, including any yellow laps before the red flag. Race is official after halfway (Or after stg 2 if that ends before halfway). If not official, they will try to dry the track and go again this day or the next.
