I think those fines are either secret or non-existent at this point. Seems to be a fair amount of drivers being more loose with their language on TV recently, and yet I can't remember the last time I heard about a driver reprimanded for explicit language (it should go without saying that this is entirely different than some of the incidents of racist language landing drivers in trouble).

If you watch their Radioactive videos on youtube, NASCAR (through FOX anyway) are practically promoting colourful language now.

Late to the party, but what a historic win that was. Bubba has always showed speed on the plate tracks during his career. Fitting that he got his first win on a plate track. Got to love first time winners and we saw 3 of them at Talladega this weekend.
