The start finish line is further through the trioval than at Daytona?

Good to know, thanks guys

Well, they've done 2 laps behind the pace truck, by F1 logic they can call the race and hand out points :whistling:

Feels like they didn't put much effort into drying what was at best a short shower, but maybe they could see more coming on the radar that we couldn't

Anyway, I'm enjoying the racing at Indianapolis a lot tonight so win-win really...

By the time they finish drying the track, there wouldn't even be enough daylight to even get to halfway, so that's why they postponed it.

5-day not looking great, either.

So a complete and utter mess of the Chase on the cards?

Or do they do a midweek Dega race next week? I'd be up for that.

Honestly, I almost think the team owners wouldn't complain. Would save a fortune in the repair bill.

The track is currently bone dry.

So, naturally, they will wait another hour before they start racing.

Yeah, I know he's mad and I don't care. I do not care. I did not care then. I do not care now. I'm here to race him.

when they start rolling they'll do 10 laps so it can start raining and they can call off

They'll turn the lights off on the pace car, then mention rain and turn em back on and do 10 more laps.
