I don’t understand the reason why they need to be on pit road for a minimum of 50 seconds isn’t the idea of a pit stop to do it as fast as possible

That was a heck of a drive by AJ Allmendinger to drive through the field after the penalty. Then he got a timely caution and he ended up winning it. Good runs by Andy Lally, Josh Berry. Ryan Sieg and Josh Williams, who all had top 10 finishes.
