The point of contention was mostly garden-variety on-track bullshit but at the end of the interview he took a cheap shot at Hemric's career so far. It's just really infuriating coming from an unrepentant asshole like him who's been gifted his entire career purely via inherited wealth.

Per Jr and his idiot colleague on his podcast, they are taking it hands off and trying to let NG find himself, or something like that.

That hand has to be forced at this point. You simply just can't let a guy like that run amok in the paddock area creating controversy after controversy to the point where the only people defending him are the ones that would be willing to take a bullet for him if the opportunity rises.

I feel like Jr / co is between a rock & a hard place right now.

I feel like I should clarify myself on this, as I like Jr and Mike? in terms of the podcast, but their discussion of this issue was both weird and weak. Like they were reaching out to Noah via a public platform and not a private "Come-to-Jesus" sit-down which is what he really needs. It was a very awkward conversation, like they were having it in the third person, even though they were the ones in control of the situation. Also, their take was weak. I like that Jr is old school and not the type to "cancel" a driver at a moment's notice just because of one wreck or bad take, but Noah can't get out of his own way at this point, and it clear that he was a cocky little prick right from the start.

No penalties for Gragson from backing into Hemric on pit road.

THAT is bullshit! It's not just the cars or drivers, the crew had to move suddenly when it happened.
I know this thankfully wasn't a Mike Rich situation, but it involved the crew, and I naively thought they were a protected "class" in the eyes of the rules makers. But I guess until another one gets squashed, fuck'em, am I right?
