NASCAR really wants to get the race in tonight because the forecast for the next 3 days is worse. It seem like the mist is getting lighter according to what I've seen from multiple reporters on Twitter.

They'll try again tomorrow

Reports are that the rain has picked up. NASCAR has called in the jet dryers but are leaving the Air Titans on the track.

Update: Still misting. Still trying to dry the track.

Postponed to Tuesday 12pm

And the delay continues... How long until they cancel the race altogether?

Cancelling or postponing the race to another week will really fuck up the playoffs

So theres no cars even sitting on pit road. I dont see this race happening at all today once again sadly.

Good job, NASCAR, you turned this into a logistical nightmare.

Now you have to run your race tomorrow (provided that if it can even run at all), pack your bags, head back to Charlotte to change stuff, then head over to Martinsville.

All in a span of 3 days.
