Harvick won, but it was actually pretty impressive seeing him get through the lapped traffic while holding off Busch. As usual, would have been a much better race on the old configuration.

Lots of green flag running and almost nobody on the lead lap, and yet that race was fun as hell.

You can't argue with the fact that crashes and contact are part of Bristol's identity, and re-profiling the track to remove that is in the top 5 of stupidest changes in NASCAR over the past 15 years. And there's some stiff competition there.

I agree with the tweet above and Philthy... I get free tickets to Bristol because I work for the race sponsor of the spring Cup and fall Xfinity races. I used to go because Bristol was exciting. Now I go because I get free food and beer in the hospitality.
