Paul Tracy managed to do the unthinkable: get suspended from a series meant for fun.

Considering how many wrecks he's caused, I don't blame the series one bit for taking action against him.

I also highly doubt that Tony Stewart and Ray Evernham are happy about the amount of wrecked racecars they have to fix in the first three weeks alone.
Ray isn't a part of it anymore per one of the responses to that Tweet that was posted.

They did a nice job wadding up half the field in heat one. I quit watching about halfway through the feature.

This is a difficult situation for the series. I read the other day that they only had one spare car that was able to race. They might have to really thrash to get enough cars ready to race next week. It looks like a number of cars suffered some pretty bad damage.

Jonathan Davenport wins a thriller against Bowyer.

Newman wins the championship.

Jonathan Davenport was very impressive last night. He proved that he's one of the best dirt late model drivers in the business.

I guess Camping World dropped their title sponsorship? They changed all their profile pics at the start of the year to generic SRX logos instead of the Camping World SRX Series version.

Maybe Evernham is starting a new IROC series after he bought the rights recently, and Camping World is going there.

Something must have changed for SRX quickly because not long ago they were promoting that the tickets for their first couple of races of 2024 were on sale.

I think Camping World has dropped out of motorsports altogether, NHRA no longer has them either.

Skip Barber has bought SRX and they're planning to go ahead with a season. https://racer.com/2024/03/22/skip-barbe ... xperience/

Meanwhile, IROC has announced it's return event at Lime Rock Park. This sounds like a cool event. I wonder who is going to take part in it.
